Yes. You set up standard quote blocks per job type (hourly work, small repair, extension, loft conversion). A small job takes two minutes, a big job with several line items takes five.
Can I look up customer details and past work?+
Yes. Every customer has a record with all requests, quotes, invoices and photos of past jobs. Helping regular customers takes one click.
Can the customer send photos and a description with a request?+
Yes. On your request form the customer uploads photos, a description and the date they want. You know what the job involves before you visit.
How do I move my customers and prices from Excel or Word?+
You fill in your standard prices and texts once. Existing customers you enter by hand or send as a list. Support helps you get going if you get stuck.
Do I get my own domain like jansenhandyman.com?+
Yes. With Basic you link an existing domain or we arrange one. With Complete you also get a business email address through Google Workspace (for example info@jansenhandyman.com).
Does it work on my phone, on the job?+
Yes. VakMeister works in any browser on mobile. Requests, quotes and scheduling are at hand on the road. Nothing to install.
What if I want to stop after three months?+

Can I add extra staff or subcontractors?+
Yes. Every plan includes 1 user. Extra staff cost €10 per user per month. Handy if you work with a regular crew.
