Yes. You set up two types of request: emergency (leak, storm damage) and regular (new roof, insulation). Every request lands straight in the right column on your dashboard.
Can I make quotes per square metre of roof surface?+
Yes. Your fixed prices per square metre for bitumen, EPDM, tiles or insulation are ready. Adjust for the job, add roof photos and send.
Can the customer send photos of the damage?+
Yes. On your request form the customer uploads photos of the roof or leak. You see upfront whether it's an emergency and what materials to bring.
Can my current website (Wix, Jimdo, WordPress) be connected?+
No. A separate website stays a separate island. With VakMeister you get one system where your website, requests, customer records, quotes, scheduling and invoices work together. We move your old site over, usually within a day.
