What is the one-off setup fee for?+
It covers setting up your account, building your website (one-pager for Basis, multiple pages for Compleet), connecting your domain and (for Compleet) Google Workspace setup, plus personal guidance so you can start working right away.
What's the difference between Basis and Compleet?+
With Basis you get a one-page website and use your existing email address (e.g. name@gmail.com). With Compleet you get a multi-page site, a professional email address on your own domain via Google Workspace (e.g. name@yourbusiness.com), and your quotes and invoices are saved automatically to Google Drive.
What does an extra team member cost?+
Both packages include 1 team member. Every extra team member costs €10 per month, up to 10 in total.
How does Google Workspace work with Compleet?+
We set up Google Workspace for you with an email address on your own domain (e.g. name@yourbusiness.com). You pay the Google Workspace licence (≈ €8.10 per user per month) directly to Google. We only handle the setup and connect it to your website and Vakmeister.
Can I cancel any month?+
Yes. There's no lock-in. You can cancel any time and your data stays yours. The one-off setup fee is not refunded.
Do I really get a free trial?+
Yes. You get a 30 day money back guarantee on your subscription fee. If it doesn't work out within that period, we refund your subscription amount.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes. Existing domains can be connected in a few minutes. No domain yet? We'll register one for you.
Where is my data stored?+
All data is stored on servers in the EU. We don't share anything with third parties.
Are the prices including VAT?+
