Where do I log in?

You log in at https://app.vakmeister.nl. From our marketing site you're redirected there automatically when you click 'Log in'.

I forgot my password.

On the login page click 'Forgot password'. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes at the email address you registered with.

Can I change my email address?

Yes. Log in to the app, go to Settings → Account → Email address. You'll get a confirmation email at the new address to complete the change.

How do I delete my account?

Send a request to support@vakmeister.nl from the email address you registered with. We delete your data within 30 days, in line with GDPR.

Complete is €1,495 one-off + €49/month for the company incl. 1 team member. Each extra user costs €10/month. You get a multi-page website, business email on your own domain via Google Workspace, automatic storage of quotes and invoices in Google Drive, scheduling, quotes, invoicing, customer CRM and detailed reporting.

How do I add team members?

In the app go to Settings → Team → Invite. Fill in the email address and role. The team member gets an invite email. We automatically bill +€10 per extra team member per month.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes, at any time. An upgrade is billed pro rata for the difference. A downgrade takes effect from the next billing period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In the app under Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You keep access until the end of your paid period. No long contracts, you can cancel monthly.

Which payment methods do you accept?

iDEAL, direct debit (SEPA) and credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Payments run through a PCI-DSS certified payment provider.

Open a customer, click 'New quote', choose a template, add lines (hours/materials) and send it straight away by email. The customer can approve online with one click.

Open the approved quote and click 'Create invoice'. All lines are carried over — you can still edit before sending.

Yes. You set after how many days a reminder is sent (e.g. 7, 14, 30 days). Vakmeister tracks payment status and sends reminders automatically.

Yes, every invoice can include an iDEAL payment link. Customers pay directly from their email; the status is set to 'paid' automatically.
