No. A separate website stays a separate island. With VakMeister you get one system where your website, requests, customer records, quotes, scheduling and invoices work together. We move your old site over, usually within a day.
Can I make quotes with several line items and options?+
Yes. You set up standard items (window frame, door, fitted cupboard) with your own prices. You add line items per job, offer options (such as wood or material choice) and the customer signs digitally.

Yes. On your request form the customer uploads photos, measurements and the finish they want. You know what the job involves before you visit.
How do I move my customers and prices from Excel or Word?+
You fill in your standard prices and texts once. Existing customers you enter by hand or send as a list. Support helps you get going if you get stuck.
Do I get my own domain like jansencarpentry.com?+
Yes. With Basic you link an existing domain or we arrange one. With Complete you also get a business email address through Google Workspace (for example info@jansencarpentry.com).
Does it work on site, on my phone?+
Yes. VakMeister works in any browser on mobile. Requests, quotes and scheduling are at hand on the road. Nothing to install.
What if I want to stop after three months?+

Can I add subcontractors or a regular crew?+
Yes. Every plan includes 1 user. Extra staff cost €10 per user per month. Handy if you work with a regular crew or subcontractor.
