Can I write quotes per square metre?+
Yes. You set your fixed rates per square metre for plastering, decorative plaster or spray plaster. Per job you choose the type of work, fill in the square metres and the quote is ready. The customer signs digitally.
Can the customer send photos of the wall and measurements?+
Yes. On your request form the customer uploads photos, rough measurements and the finish they want. You know before you visit whether it's smooth, decorative or textured plaster.
Can I charge prep work (sanding, priming) separately?+
Yes. Prep work, priming and finishing appear as separate line items in your quote. That keeps it clear for the customer what they pay for and why.
Can my current website (Wix, Jimdo, WordPress) be connected?+
No. A separate website stays a separate island. With VakMeister you get one system where your website, requests, customer records, quotes, scheduling and invoices work together. We move your old site over, usually within a day.
Does it work on my phone on site?+
