Can I make one quote for the whole kitchen project?+
Yes. You set fixed line items for fitting, electrics, plumbing, tiling and finishing and put them all in one quote. The customer sees one clear document and signs digitally.
I work with subcontractors for electrics and plumbing. Does that fit?+
Yes. You plan the project in phases and keep control yourself. Add extra staff or regular subcontractors for €10 per user per month.
Can the customer send photos of the current kitchen?+
Yes. On your request form the customer uploads photos, measurements and wishes. You prepare for the visit or survey with a clear picture.
How do I track extra work and changes?+
Changes go in as an option line on the quote. Sign-off and rejection are on record, so no more arguing afterwards.
Can my current website (Wix, Jimdo, WordPress) be connected?+
No. A separate website stays a separate island. With VakMeister you get one system where your website, requests, customer records, quotes, scheduling and invoices work together. We move your old site over, usually within a day.
Do I get my own domain like jansenkitchens.com?+
Yes. With Basic you link an existing domain or we arrange one. With Complete you also get a business email address through Google Workspace (for example info@jansenkitchens.com).
Does it work on my phone, during fitting too?+

How do I move my customers and prices from Excel or Word?+
You fill in your standard prices and texts once. Existing customers you enter by hand or send as a list. Support helps you get going if you get stuck.
