What belongs on a craft business website?
A short checklist of the things customers actually look for before they call or send a request.

Your website is more than a business card
Most customers check your website first and call afterwards. What they see there decides whether they get in touch or move on to the next company.
The checklist
- What you do, in plain words. Say what work you take on and which region you cover.
- Photos of your own work. Five good photos of real projects beat twenty stock images.
- Reviews. A few lines from happy customers, with their town.
- One clear button. Call or send a request, always visible.
- Working area. List the towns you cover; it helps in Google too.
- Price guidance. No full rate card needed, just a direction.
Where it usually goes wrong
Too much text, too few images and a contact form with ten fields. Keep the form short: name, phone, job. Ask the rest later.
Next step
Send requests straight through to your quotes and scheduling, so a request never sits forgotten in a mailbox.
